Question 1

How fast will someone get back to me?

Accepted Answer

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. We're a lean team building something we actually care about — so when you reach out, a real human reads it and responds. No auto-replies pretending to be people.

Question 2

Can I get a demo before signing up?

Accepted Answer

Reach out through the contact form and let us know you're interested. We're happy to walk you through what DwellerIQ can do before you commit to a subscription.

Question 3

I have a question about my bill — who do I contact?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form on this page and include your account email. Billing questions get prioritized and we'll sort it out fast. No being bounced between departments.

Question 4

I have a feature request. Do you actually read those?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and we mean that. DwellerIQ is being built for Chicago landlords, which means the people using it day to day have more influence over where it goes than any internal roadmap. If you've got an idea, send it.

Question 5

Can I get a refund through the contact page?

Accepted Answer

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you're never charged, so the trial is the refund window. Once a subscription payment goes through, it's non-refundable, and one-time document purchases are final once the document is generated. If a charge looks wrong (billing error, duplicate charge), use the contact form with your account email and we'll make it right.
